Our Online Return Policy


We really want you to be happy with your Wearhouse gear. If you need to return an item, you can request that we send you a return slip. Please email our Wearhouse Support Team at support@wearhouse.cc.

In your email, include your name, order number, and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we'll e-mail you a return slip that you can use to send the item back to us. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Customers who return items after 30 days will be refunded with in-store credit. When we receive the returned products we will immediately reimburse the credit card you paid with or issue in-store credit.


Was it our fault?

We'll cover all return charges, but if the return item is, for example, a size change or unwanted item, $6 will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.


Do you want to exchange what you bought for something else?

We suggest creating a new order and purchase the desired product. That way you can be certain that the product you're wanting is in-stock and will get to you ASAP. Then, when we receive your returned merchandise we will automatically reimburse your card. If for some reason you need a new return label, please email our Wearhouse Support Team at support@wearhouse.cc.

How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
Email our Wearhouse Support Team at support@wearhouse.cc to get the process started to return your item(s). If the product you purchased is already on its way, we'll need to wait until you have the product in hand before we can move forward. If it hasn't been shipped yet, we'll go ahead and cancel or edit your order right then.

Can I return an online order at one of your stores?
We would be happy to give your online purchase a refund or exchange at any of our stores.  Go to our  Home Page page then scroll down to the bottom to view our nearest store to you.
